Toshi Kamei
I run Fracton Ventures, a company building the future of Ethereum from Japan. My other ventures are run by an organization of AI agents — I am the only human in it. I am also involved in the AI transformation of a medical corporation.
The time AI gives back goes to my family, and to meeting interesting people around the world. I write down what I actually did — the numbers and the failures.
Now
- Fracton Ventures — Building the future of Ethereum from Japan. Management.
- AI Transformation of a Medical Corporation — AI × healthcare. Taking part in reshaping a medical corporation into an AI-driven organization.
- tolehico — An experiment in leaving everything from planning to operations to an organization of AI agents. One human.
